About the Author

Daniel Stober

Daniel articled with Mills & Mills LLP in 2013 and joined the firm as an associate in 2014.

Daniel’s practice is focused on Estate Planning and Estate Administration, where he advises clients on the preparation of new Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts, and the administration of estates and trusts.

Daniel also advises charitable organizations on a broad range of estate and charitable giving issues.

Daniel completed his J.D. at the University of Western Ontario where he worked as a research assistant in bankruptcy and insolvency law and as an assistant in the International Programs Office. During law school, Daniel also worked as a summer student at a major natural resources firm in Vancouver, B.C.

Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University, where he graduated with Distinction. Daniel also completed his Masters of Industrial Relations at Queen’s.
